Parent: My Personal Workflow
KDE:
- Use KDE for all the basic desktop tools (network, screenshot, bluetooth, etc.)
- Use krohnkite for TWM (do all the recommended setups in the GitHub)
- Set spiral and spread as the main layouts
- Import my KDE shortcuts
- Use my Neovim and kitty config
- Pick a good KDE theme for each theming category (don’t use global theme)
- Put the taskbar at the top centre, make it avoid windows
GNOME:
- Pop Shell
- Pop Launcher
- Setup workspaces with ctrl+number and ctrl+shift+number
- Rounded window corners
- User themes plugin → mac tahoe theme by vinceliuice
- Connect to android from linux plugin GitHub - Genymobile/scrcpy: Display and control your Android device
- Gnome run or raise plugin GitHub - CZ-NIC/run-or-raise: GNOME3 extension º
No hyprland needed, no minimal configs but just enough visual customizability.
